This unit backs on to the ravine making it a private escape. Listen to the birds and the sounds of the babbling waters.
Large double bedroom with a full wall of closet and doors out to a screened in porch, perfect for your morning coffee or just let in the sounds of the winds blowing through the tree tops. Accessible from both the bedroom and kitchen is the four piece bath. Entertaining made easy with a fully stocked kitchen with full size stove, fridge, dishwasher.
Central vacuum is also provided for easy and fast clean up. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer located directly behind the kitchen and a doorway to the screened porch and back yard. The driveway will accommodate two vehicles comfortably.
Sit and enjoy the sounds of the lake or walk just .9 km to seven miles of white sandy beach on Lake Huron's Southampton's shoreline. Walk down to the beach and take in the sunset one of the musts on a visit to Southampton. Relax, unwind or just stroll up town to Southampton's quaint shops. Take in the sites of a shoreline community or the coffee shops on High St. in Southampton. Take a boat ride on the "Peerless" to Southampton's Lighthouse on Chantry Island. Maybe river canoeing is more down your alley, we have outfitters based on Southampton's High St. can help you to and from the river's edge with all the rental equipment and safety equipment needed for a day on the water. Thursday nights are classic car night down at the Flag on High St. along the water's edge in Southampton. Walk lanes of antique and classic cars or try your luck at the 50/50 draw, with the fundraising proceeds to the Grey Bruce Memorial Hospital. Listen to music of the 50's and immerse yourself in small town hospitality. Take a drive out to MacGregor Point Provincial Park and enjoy a day bird watching. Drive the "Bruce County's" self driving tours to the shoreline lighthouses or antique shops or private gardens. Bruce County & Southampton is a perfect Home Away From Home.
